Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Coordinating and managing schedules and appointments
  • Assisting with marketing communications, including emails and newsletters, and supporting website and social media management
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Managing email communications
  • Handling and processing mail
  • Supporting various special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required


Schedule:

  • Part-time or full-time
  • Part-time (30 hours per week)
    • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 2:00pm
    • In-Person
  • Full-time
    • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
    • In-Person


Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience
